Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (HSRLM) is dedicated to empowering rural communities in Haryana, with a special focus on the four pillars of a developed India—youth, farmers, the poor, and women—as envisioned by the Honorable Prime Minister. By equipping them with tools, skills, and opportunities for sustainable development, HSRLM aims to reduce poverty, promote financial independence, and foster an inclusive and gender-just society.
